Fortuna at Südback 2026: Moving Forward Together
From 24 to 27 October 2026, Fortuna, together with the Koenig Group, will present innovative machinery solutions, new technologies and practical concepts for modern bakery production at Südback in Stuttgart. The focus will be on exciting product innovations, daily live demonstrations and a special highlight: the new Eco Twin Plus EC, which brings together technologies from Fortuna and Koenig in a single machine solution for the first time.
Together with Koenig, under the motto “60 Years. Built Together.”, we are celebrating six decades of experience, innovation and successful collaboration with customers and partners worldwide.
Across approximately 450 m² of exhibition space, we will demonstrate how modern bakery technology can help make production processes more efficient, flexible and cost-effective.
Innovative Machinery Solutions and Product Highlights
One of the highlights is the new Eco Twin Plus EC, which brings together technologies from Fortuna and Koenig in a single machine solution for the first time. This compact line combines several dough make-up processes within a small footprint, enabling the production of a wide variety of bakery products.
With the Artisan SFE EC, the Koenig Group presents a compact dough sheeting line featuring the Easy Clean Design. It stands out for its gentle dough handling, easy accessibility and efficient cleaning.
The Industrie Rex EVO EC will also take centre stage at the joint exhibition stand. The next generation of dough dividing and rounding machines combines high performance with a compact design, intuitive operation and easy-to-clean construction.
The machine portfolio is complemented by the Combiline Plus EC, which can be flexibly adapted to different production requirements thanks to its modular design. The proven Easy Clean Design also makes cleaning and maintenance easier.
Experience Bakery Technology Live
Technology is best experienced first-hand! That is why we will offer four moderated live demonstrations every day, showcasing our machines processing real dough.
From sweet brioche buns and classic sliced rolls to whole grain bakery products and traditional Housky rolls, we will demonstrate the versatility of modern dough processing. Visitors will also have the opportunity to see the new Eco Twin Plus EC in action.
